Cape Coral Updates City Code and Regulations

The City of Cape Coral has made several changes to its City Code of Ordinances and Land Use and Development Regulations. These changes include:

• Prohibiting any change in current municipal ordinances for Florida Statute Section 79108.
• Establishing a Fire Prevention Code to provide the City with rules and regulations.
• Amending the City's Land Development Code and repealing certain sections of the Code of Ordinances.

These changes are effective immediately and are available for review on the City's website.
