Start Times: 10pm ET / 7pm PT on ESPN+ PPV, 8pm ET / 5pm PT on ESPN2 and ESPN+

The UFC is set to kick off a "new era" of action with UFC 298, a blockbuster fight card headlined by a highly anticipated rematch between Alexander Volkanovski and Robert Whittaker. The event is set to take place on Sunday, February 17th, with the main card starting at 10pm ET / 7pm PT on ESPN+ pay-per-view (PPV). The preliminary card will air on ESPN2 and ESPN+ at 8pm ET / 5pm PT.

In the main event, UFC featherweight champion Volkanovski will defend his title against former middleweight champion Whittaker. The two fighters first met in February 2022, with Volkanovski winning a unanimous decision. Whittaker has since moved up to light heavyweight and is looking to reclaim the title he lost to Israel Adesanya in 2019.

The co-main event of UFC 298 will see a battle between two of the top welterweight contenders, Colby Covington and Jorge Masvidal. Covington is a former interim welterweight champion, while Masvidal is a former BMF champion. The two fighters have been bitter rivals for years, and their grudge match is sure to deliver fireworks.

The rest of the UFC 298 card is stacked with exciting matchups, including:

  • Sean O'Malley vs. Pedro Munhoz (bantamweight)
  • Ciryl Gane vs. Tai Tuivasa (heavyweight)
  • Dominick Cruz vs. Marlon Vera (bantamweight)
  • Li Jingliang vs. Jamie Mullarkey (welterweight)

The PPV price for UFC 298 is $79.99 for current subscribers. New subscribers can pay a bundle price of $134.98 for the UFC 298 pay-per-view and an ESPN annual subscription.
